General
- Can I come to your showroom to look at your designs?
Unfortunately we don't have a showroom at the moment. This is intentional as we aim to keep our overheads down and therefore, our prices lower. You can occasionally find us at Bridal Expos around Melbourne. Follow us on Facebook for more information.
- Can I arrange an appointment to come and see you?
Unfortunately, no. As we don't have a showroom, we are unable to facilitate meetings at this time. Appointments can be held via telephone, email, fax, post, Skype or using a variety of instant messaging software. Get in touch with us and we'll discuss what works best for you.
Invitations & Announcements
- Can I order invitation samples?
Yes you can. Simply select and order the style that most suits your needs from our online store. Please also email us if you have specific requests regarding your sample order.
- Can I have a unique design created especially for me?
Most definitely. We understand the importance of having an invitation or announcement that stands out from the crowd!
- I already have a design in mind. Can you print it for me?
Providing you have the rights/licenses to use the images and fonts in your design, we'd be happy to print and assemble your invitations for you. Copyright, and more importantly copying other invitation designs is illegal and Bumbleberry will not participate in this act. What we can do however, is to create your own invitation suite inspired by your theme & ideas.
- Can I customise your existing invitations?
Yes. All of our invitations are made by Bumbleberry, therefore they are 100% customisable.
- Can you recommend tools and papers for the DIY kits?
Most definitely. Each DIY kit comes with full instructions and recommendations. If you would like, we can even bundle up the complete package for you, including tools and papers and have them delivered to your door.
- I'm having a theme party. Can you put together a full party pack that matches the theme for me?
Absolutely! We love a good theme party! Simply let us know your theme and requirements, and we can put together the perfect party package for you!
- In summary, what is your ordering process?
It's simple as this:
- Browse our site and select your favourite designs
- Order a sample from our online store
- Request a quotation online
- Accept the quotation online
- Provide us with your design requirements, wording and guest list.
- We'll produce a proof copy for you, either electronically or hard copy (via Express Post) as agreed by both parties.
- You ensure everything in the proof is 100% to your approval.
- You complete the Design Approval Form online
- 2-4 weeks later, your invitations will be at your doorstep.
Note: An Express Production Service (1-2 week assembly time) is also available at an additional charge.
Business Stationery & Collateral
- We need to update our price cards/menus. How quickly can you update this for us?
Yes, we can usually do a 24 hour turnaround for business services. The biggest time consideration would be the printing process.
- Can you organise printing for us?
We sure can. We can source a number of quotes for you to choose from for your project.
- Can I pre-pay for your services and use you as I need?
Sure. Bumbleberry offers a range of pre-paid business service packs which allow you to draw down on your existing account.
- Help - nothing matches. Our business cards, letterhead, brochures and web site all look different!
We can help! We can work with you to create a 'business identity' which can then flow through to all of your business stationery & collateral.
Web Design & Management
- We want to keep our website, but the design needs to be updated
We can work with most existing sites and update the designs and/or colour scheme to your taste.
- Can you review our site and suggest areas for improvement?
Absolutely! Our Bumbleberry staff keep in touch with all the happenings in the IT and marketing worlds, so we can help you to find ways to keep your site competitive and functional.
- Can you improve my ranking on Google?
We sure can. We can do a review of your site and recommend improvements which will enable your site to appear higher in the Google ranks.
- Can you suggest ways to market my business online?
Yes. We can help you to market your business using paid and unpaid online resources. We can recommend a range of options and even help you to implement them.
- Can you update my website for me on a regular basis?
Definitely. Using our pre-paid business service packs, we can regularly update your site for you including pictures and text. All you have to do is approve it!
